Valeria is a 21 year old photographer from Naples, Italy. She’s studying Digital Culture and Communication at the University Federico II. Her work focuses on the reality around her and the interesting colors and people that she sees.
When I shooting photgraphs in analog, I remember every time when I took those pictures, I remember the times when I was trying to hide in order to photograph strangers, when I tried to sort the objects trying to create a “set” reasonable.
When I take photographs during a photo shoot the best picture is taken while the model is distracted. My objective is to transmit not only myself through the shots, but also who is in front of me. I do not know exactly what is my process while shooting, I explain the model what is my idea of what kind of personage should be interpreted, generally I photographed girls good enough to be able to interpret the role that I have committed.
